Heavenly Father,
We come to You today with thankful hearts.
We thank You for Your many blessings in the lives of Ty and Marie. We thank You for their relationship, marriage, and future. We ask that You would continue to bless them in all areas of their lives. We also ask that You would guide them and give them wisdom as they begin this new chapter together. We praise You for Your goodness and faithfulness. We thank You for Your perfect plan for the Ty and Marie, and we ask that You would be glorified in their lives.

Ceremony Script
Invocation
Welcome family and friends. We are gathered here today to witness and celebrate the marriage of Ty Barnett and Marie Dunn. This is not the beginning of a new relationship but an acknowledgment of the next chapter in their lives together. Ty and Marie have spent some time in getting to know one another, and we now bear witness to what their relationship has become. Today, they will affirm this bond formally and publicly.
Ty and Marie will mark their transition as a couple not only by celebrating the love between themselves, but by also celebrating the love between all of us—including the love of their parents, siblings, extended family, and best friends. Without that love, today would be far less joyous.
Give Bride Away
Who here gives this beautiful bride to Ty?
Dakota, you may now place her hand upon Ty’s hand.
Declaration of Intent
Ty and Marie, you may now face each other and hold hands.
Do you Ty, take Marie, to be your lawfully wedded Wife? To have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and not so good times, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself unto her for as long as you both shall live?
Do you Marie, take Ty to be your lawfully wedded Husband ? To have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and not so good times, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself unto him for as long as you both shall live?
Vow Exchange
The couple has declared to share their love for one another with the writing of their own vows. You may now read your vows to each other.
Ring Exchange
(person holding rings please come forth)
A ring is an unbroken circle, with ends that have been joined together, and it represents your union. It is a symbol of infinity, and of your true and faithful love. When you look at these rings on your hands, may you be reminded of this moment, your commitment, and the love you now feel for each other.
Ty, take a ring place the ring on Marie’s finger and repeat after me:
Marie, I give you this ring as a symbol of my love with the pledge: to love you today, tomorrow, always, and forever.
And now...Marie, take a ring, place the ring on Ty’s finger and repeat after me:
Ty, I give you this ring as a symbol of my love with the pledge: to love you today, tomorrow, always, and forever.

Before these witnesses, you have pledged to be joined in marriage. You have now sealed this pledge with your wedding rings. By the authority vested in me by the great State of Ohio, I now pronounce you Husband and Wife. Friends and family, here is your Mr. and Mrs. Ty Barnette! Ty, you may now Kiss your bride!
