Queridos seres amado,
We are gathered here today to celebrate something truly special, the love between Sasha Almonte and Eduardo Espinoza Jr., and the decision they’ve made to spend their lives together.
It is such an honor for me to stand here as their officiant, but more importantly, as someone who has had the privilege of knowing Sasha for the past 10 years…going all the way back to our UniQlo days. From then to now, I’ve watched her grow, love deeply, and become the incredible woman standing here today. And Eddie, it’s clear to everyone here how much love, strength, and happiness you bring into her life.
Marriage is not something to enter into lightly. It is a commitment built on trust, patience, and a deep, unwavering love. It asks for understanding during difficult moments, and gratitude during the beautiful ones. Love, loyalty, and compassion are the foundation of a lasting and meaningful partnership, and you both embody those qualities so naturally.
Sasha and Eduardo will now share their vows.
(Vows)
Sasha, do you take Eduardo to be your lawfully wedded partner, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and in difficult times, for richer or poorer, and to remain by his side for as long as you both shall live?
(Wait for confirmation)
Eddie, do you take Sasha to be your lawfully wedded partner, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and in difficult times, for richer or poorer, and to remain by her side for as long as you both shall live?
(Wait for confirmation)
Sasha and Eddie will now exchange rings as a symbol of their love and commitment.
(Ring Exchange)
As you place these rings on one another’s fingers, let them serve as a daily reminder of the promises you’ve made today, promises of love, patience, and partnership.
And as a reflection on love, I’d like to share a verse:
"“El amor es paciente, es bondadoso. El amor no es envidioso ni presumido ni orgulloso."
— 1 Corinthians 13:4
May you carry these words with you, not just today, but throughout your marriage, choosing kindness, patience, and love in every season of life.
By the authority vested in me by American Marriage Ministries and the State of New York, es un honor absoluto para mí declararlos esposa y esposo.
You may now kiss! 💍
