Beloved friends, we’re gathered here today to unite these two souls, Brooke and Ben in marriage. Some of you have known these two their whole lives, others have known them only a few years. But to all of us, it feels like Brooke and Ben have known each other for lifetimes!

Today, we celebrate their special connection and make it official.

Brooke and Ben, you have loved, fought, and laughed your way into a connection that most people only dream of – a connection that is fire tested, and eternal.

Love brings you back to each other at the end of every day, after each new adventure, after misunderstandings, and growing pains. You are each other’s one and only. Fate and the power of Facebook brought you together. Love is patience that builds the bond, and today, free will keeps you together.

As Sam Winchester in Supernatural once said “It doesn’t matter who you are, it only matters what you do” and you both choose each other today, tomorrow, and ever after. Each day, you take each other’s hand and say – yes.

Before this ceremony, the two of you prepared personal and intimate vows for each other. Let us take a moment to reflect on those words now.

The wedding ring is a unbroken circle of love, a symbol of eternity. It has no beginning and no end. Just the love you share is meant to be endless and your commitment to one another is boundless. As these rings encircle your fingers, so may your love forever encircle your hearts, reminding you of the sacred bond you share.

As you leave here today as husband and wife, take this advice to heart:

Listen carefully to each other. Lean into each other and your shared life with curiosity and wonder. Life is woven with threads of joy and pain, triumph and loss, difficult conversation and soft silence. These ups and downs are two sides to the same coin, the same rich experience, the same blessed gift of living and loving with someone.

Now, go forth “Carry on Wayward Son" and start your own adventure, a spiritual journey of self-encouragement with each other. Remember to always focus on 'saving people, hunting things, the family business. Continue saving each other, building your lives, your family business. By the power vested in me by the state of Texas and American Marriage Ministries, it’s my privilege and joy to pronounce you Mr. and Mrs. Stocker. In the words of Taylor Swift:
