Evan and Erika, you are about to make your promises to one another. You will find that as you live by these vows over the years, investing your time, love and commitment to one another, the happy times of your life will be twice as joyous, because you’ll share these joys in marriage.

“Do you, Evan, take Erika to be your WIFE, your partner in life—promising to love, support, and stand beside her from this day forward? Will you love her and comfort her thorough good times and bad, in sickness and health, always honoring her and being faithful to her?”

“Do you, Erika, take Evan to be your HUSBAND, your partner in life—promising to love, support, and stand beside him from this day forward? Will you love him and comfort him through good times and bad, in sickness and health, always honoring him and being faithful to him?”

“These rings are simple symbols of a love that is steady and true. The ring is an unbroken circle that represents unending love. As often as either of you look upon these rings, may you be reminded of this moment and the love you have promised to one another.”

To Evan:

“Evan, please place the ring on Erika’s finger and repeat after me:

‘Erika, With this ring, as a symbol of my love, I choose you—today and always.’

To Erika:

“Place the ring on Evan’s finger and repeat after me:

‘Evan, With this ring, as a symbol of my love, I choose you—today and always.’

Evan and Erika, I want to wish you both much love and happiness as you begin your new journey together. Remember to keep lots of laughter in your life and love will never be far behind.
