"It was an honor and personal privilege for me to unite Dylan And Alexa, two beautiful souls in matrimony. The bride and groom met while both were attending Indiana University in Bloomington Indiana. They started dating and before long became inseparable. Alexa earning a bachelors degree in therapy and Dylan earning an engineering degree. Throughout their college days they cultivated their relationship and after both graduating and attaining employment he asked and she said yes. They are making their home now in Lafayette Indiana. What made this an extreme pleasure for me is that Alexa is my granddaughter. I watched her grow from a frail skinny little girl into a smart, funny and caring woman. I could not be any prouder of her! This was a beautiful day for me and her grandmother. If you have read the wedding script, you will notice that there was some humor interjected that the groom was not aware was going to happen. Lots of chuckles and laughter from the audience"

Dylan's guide to happy marriage
1.A hot and ready meal upon arrival from work, no matter the time...
2. Once weekly clean hunting and fishing gear....
3. Wash and wax the truck every Sunday and detail the interior...
4. Always be ready to prepare food and refreshments for his buddies who may happen to stop by....
5. Always have work clothes laid out in preparation...
6. Never, ever initiate conversation while he's watching a hunting or fishing show......
Will add to list as needed........
(Alexa shaking her head no to all the above)
Advice for Alexa ( from the married ladies in attendance.)
No matter how dumb or farfetched an idea he may have about something, tell him how smart you think he is and then be quick to blame it on equipment failure when it goes wrong!
Whenever he runs over something with the lawn mower remind him how his quick thinking averted a near disaster, (even when you know it was blind luck!
Tell him how strong he is when he removes the lid from the jar you already loosened.
When travelling together, never give directions to him, just always leave early and have plenty of gas in the car. He'll figure it out sooner or later.
Whatever may need fixing around the house, always let him have first shot at it even if you know how.
Finally, on occasion he may forget about the toilet seat thing until you get him trained properly, so overlook it sometimes and praise the times he did put it down.
Advice for Dylan (By the international Association of Married Men)
Always , always put the toilet seat down, even if its in the outhouse. (Keeping that in mind, you may want to place a foldable cot in there for an overnight stay!)
Always wipe your feet and or remove muddy shoes, and always put fresh odor eaters in.
Never bring home buddies for supper unannounced, if you do prepare to order out.
If she's having a bad day and looks like she could play an evil character in the Wizard of Oz, your best bet is to lay down and play dead.
Always remind her of how pretty she is and be sincere, because she will see right through you if you're not!
Disagreements are as much a part of marriage as love is.
Remember this:
If you're wrong, apologize to her!
If you're right, apologize to her!
If she's wrong, apologize to her!
If she has no clue, apologize to her for not knowing!
