1. Welcome / Opening Words (Officiant LaToya)
“Good evening, everyone. We are gathered here today to celebrate one of life’s greatest gifts — the enduring love shared between Romano and Rainer Thomas.
Their story began 25 years ago in the most unexpected place — traffic. Romano pulled up, caught Rainer’s attention while she was with her friends, and that one encounter turned into a lifelong love story.
Today, surrounded by loved ones, they recommit to one another in a ceremony of renewal, love, and unity.”
2. Brief Words on Marriage or Their Journey (Optional)
“Marriage is a journey — a beautiful dance of growth, grace, and choosing each other over and over again. For 25 years, Romano and Rainer have stood side by side through life’s twists, turns, and tender moments.
Today, they pause to reflect, celebrate, and renew the promises that brought them here — stronger, wiser, and more in love.”
3. Transition to Personal Vows
“At this time, I’ll step back so Romano and Rainer can share their personal vows with one another. This is your moment — take your time, speak from the heart, and let your love lead the way.”
(Officiant stands quietly while each partner reads their vows.)
4. Optional: Ring Exchange or Symbolic Gesture
“If you’d like to exchange rings or a symbolic token, you may do so now — as a sign of your continued promise and devotion.”
👉 If no rings are being exchanged, we’ll move right into the closing.
5. Closing Blessing (Officiant LaToya)
“Romano and Rainer, you remind us all that real love is built over time — through laughter, patience, forgiveness, and friendship.
May the years ahead be filled with deeper connection, joyful memories, and the kind of love that only grows stronger with time.”
6. Pronouncement
“By the love you share and the vows you’ve renewed today, I now pronounce you once again, husband and wife. You may seal this moment with a kiss!”
(Applause, smiles, and a kiss. Sons continue recording and taking photos.)
7. The Officiant Now Parts Ways
“My role in this beautiful moment is now complete. Thank you for allowing me to witness and honor your lasting love. I now part ways so you can continue celebrating this special day together. Congratulations again!”
