Who gives Heather to Vanyla?
Good evening, everyone, and welcome! We're here today to celebrate the love of Heather Gouge and Vanyla Bosworth, two people who have won in the game of love! Seriously though, we're here to witness the beginning of their next season, one filled with laughter, adventure, and hopefully, fewer arguments about whose turn it is to do the dishes.
Before we get started, let's take a moment to acknowledge the amazing people we have here today. Vanyla and Heather, together, you are an unstoppable team. You are also incredibly kind and generous, which is why we're all here today. Are you ready to step up to the plate in the game of marriage?
Heather and Vanyla have decided to write their own vows. They will share them with us now.
*(Vows)*
Those were some home runs ladies. Now let’s exchange these rings, symbols of your eternal commitment to one another.
Vanyla will you place heathers ring on her hand and repeat after me “with this ring I thee wed”
Heather will you place Vanylas ring on her hand and repeat after me “with this ring I thee wed”
Heather and Vanyla , you’ve exchanged vows and rings as a symbol of your devotion to each other.
*(Move to bead table)*
Now, we celebrate you as individuals and as partners, as you join forces to build a bright and joyful future together
*pour beads together*
As you pour these beads together today, may the brightness of the colors be your rainbow after the storm. May they give you courage and reassurance when rain wants to cancel your game, warmth and safety in the cold, and strength and joy in your bodies, minds, and spirits. May they bless your union forever.
If no one objects to this union, then by the authority vested in me by American Marriage Ministries and the State of Washington I now pronounce you wife and wife.
And remember, no matter what life throws at you, always swing for the fences!
Now kiss already!
