"This was my first wedding to officiate. It just so happened to be for one of my daughters and her now wife. I was very nervous, 1 being my first and 2 because I wasn't sure I could get thru the ceremony without being overtaken with emotion. I was as prepared as I could be, which helped. And I explained to them if it seems like I am looking past them and not at them it's so I can get thru it. Of course, I did look at them. How could I not. Friends and family attended so they were right there with me. All in all it was a beautiful ceremony and wonderful day! Here's to many years of love, patience, understanding and happiness! My second wedding is scheduled and is for another daughter.. in Sept. The last of the 5 to be married. It was very special, (for me and them) and an honor for me, to be able to be the one to join them as a couple. Thank you AMM for making this a possibility!"

Hello. We welcome those here today serving witness to the joining of Jordan and Destiny in marriage. To be present during this exchange of vows signifies your importance to them both. Thank you for supporting them on this most important occasion.
Today we all gather in celebration of love in its truest sense. Love is not defined as a commodity afforded only to a select few. Love is a universal and immeasurable gift given between and enjoyed by two people who have deepened their relationship far beyond that of casual friendship. Love is special, and deserves to be celebrated.
To make the ultimate commitment of matrimony is the highest public affirmation of love in our society. To quote the Supreme Court of the United States, "No union is more profound than marriage, for it embodies the highest ideals of love, fidelity, devotion, sacrifice, and family. In forming a martial union, two people become something greater than once they were."
At this moment Jordan and Destiny would like to take a moment to remember the loved ones who cannot be here to share this moment with them today, either from distance or in passing. They hold these loved ones close to their hearts, so at this time, we would like to take a moment of silence to honor them.......... Thank you.
So, today, Jordan and Destiny will promise to become that something greater, together, and will be joined with equal dignity in the eyes of the law.
Jordan and Destiny, understand that marriage is never to be entered into lightly, but thoughtfully, and with deep respect to this commitment. This is the moment when your hearts and souls are joined as one, to face together all you encounter from this day forward. As this part of your journey begins, I would ask that you both remind yourselves often of the love that brought you here today.
Ok, for the moment we all have been waiting for....your Declararion of Intent..Jordan and Desriny, I ask that you join hands as you make these promises. ( Jordan takes Destiny's bouquet and places it next to her on the grass)
Do you, Jordan, enter into this union of your own free will, completely of heart, mind, body and soul, vowing to take Destiny as your spouse, love and partner, in all that life brings? (I do)
Do you, Destiny, enter into this union of your own free will, completely of heart, mind, body and soul, vowing to take Jordan as your spouse, love and partner, in all that life brings? (I do)
(I am holding the rings)
In reality, a ring is no more than a circle of metal on its own. But similar to the joining of two people in matrimony, with the addition of vows, a rig extends far beyond the sum of its parts, and represents an endless promise, never to be broken. These rings are to be an outward symbol of the love and commitment between you both, and a daily reminder of your vows.
(Give Jordan Destiny's ring)
Jordan, as you place this ring on Destiny's finger, please repeat after me.... Destiny, this ring symbolizes my promise to stand beside you and with you. Celebrating any joy and facing all challenges together. Loving you until the end of our days. With this ring, I thee wed...
(Give Destiny Jordans ring)
Destiny, as you place this ring on Jordan's finger, please repeat after me.... Jordan, this ring symbolizes my promise to stand beside you and with you. Celebrating any joy and facing all challenges together. Loving you until the end of our days. With this ring, I thee wed...
We ask for blessings on this union, that the universe contributes to your strength and trust, and brings joy beyond your wildest imaginations. May you be an example of love to the world, and that you live in grace and peace and be provided every dignity of having been joined in matrimony.
Jordan and Destiny, you have consented to this joining and have pledged your commitment to one another through sacred vows, thus allowing you every privilege of marriage... According to the powers vested in me by American Marriage Ministries, I now pronounce you partners in life, for life. (As I step aside for decent pictures)... You may seal this covenant with a kiss!
Please turn and face your people.... It is my pleasure and privilege to introduce, for the first time, Jordan and Destiny Galati, as being duly married under the eyes of the law, in their hearts and in their souls. Let the celebration of love continue!
