Welcome Family & Friends
We gather here on this beautiful day at his time to celebrate the love and union of Coleman Gross and Samantha Fox. This is a great celebration for a married life, a shared life. and a bless life.
A marriage true marriage begins well before the wedding day, and the efforts of marriage continues well beyond the ceremony. A brief moment in time and the stroke of the pen are all that is required to make a marriage legal, but it takes a lifetime of love, commitment , understanding and compromise to make a marriage strong and everlasting.
Prayer
Oh, Gracious God,
We thank you for the gift of marriage and joy and love that it brings. We thank you for this beautiful couple that stand before me today. Lord, I ask that you bless them as they begin their life together as husband and wife.
Bless them to make the best of whatever comes their way. Help them to continue to enjoy each other as they did when they first met. Lord continue to guide them as husband & wife.
Coleman and Samatha Fox
1 Corinthian 13:4 the Apostle Paul provides us with a description of the kind of love a marriage needs. He writes:
Love is patient and kind.
Love is not jealous or boastful or proud and rude.
Love doesn't demand its own way.
Love isn't irritable, and it keeps no record of being wrong.
Love does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out.
Love never gives up.
Love never loses faith, and is always hopeful, and wills last through any circumstance.
