"I have known Tracy for what seems like many years. I met her through friends, then became her client, eventually becoming friends and meeting her partner. We developed a friendship based on trust..being from the deaf community that can be harsh at times. I came to know and love both Tracy and Shonna and was SOOO very honored when I was asked to officiate their ceremony..to be a part of their life story. I look forward to the many years of friendship with them."
