"Having the honor of marrying my best friend and her partner was one of the greatest gifts in my life. We worked seemlessly to include things that were important to them. We used the wedding book that AMM included in my package and it was very helpful. We wanted to celebrate the LGBTQ aspect of the ceremony and I decorated my officiant folder in full pride colors. It was stunning being with family and friends who truly embraced their love. Especially the parents of the Brides who both come from traditional religious back grounds and traditional binary upbringings, to see them fully support their daughters was so beautiful and I wish more of this accepting love was present in our world. Thanks to AMM for making this a great experience. "
Welcome Loved ones and most importantly Julie and Laura.
We are all honored and blessed to witness this beautiful event, the most important day in their lives.
Laura and Julie, have already committed to each other in many ways, but today, they proclaim their commitment, not only to us, the people closest to them, but to the world as well. They are saying, we love each other; we support each other, and we want to spend the rest of our lives together.
The Brides are grateful for the loved ones whose guidance and inspiration have made them the people they are today. While some of those loved ones are no longer with us, Julie and Laura wanted to take a moment to acknowledge them, remember them in our hearts and know they will be joining us in spirit. Please join me in a moment of silence.

Ring exchange
A wedding ring seals the vows of marriage and represents a promise of everlasting love. It is a symbol of the promises joining this couple together. The wedding ring is placed on the 4th finger of the left hand because historically, it was believed that this finger was a direct connection to the heart, the perfect place for representing love and commitment. These rings are the physical embodiment of the bond that now binds you both together.
