Officiated by Mary Frances Perry at Home in Havre de Grace, Maryland on June 1st, 2024.
"It was a beautiful outside wedding at the home of the grooms parents. It was a sunny and beautiful day for the wedding. The garden setup was remarkable. Of course the groom had to mow the lawn , which he did a fantastic job! Everything was arranged in such a way that you could not ask for anything better. During the rehearsal the day before their family dog wanted to stand with me I guess to make sure that they were safe, he liked me patting him and rubbing him on his head and neck, he was very friendly. Their family and friends were amazing. It was a joy to talk to both parents of Sara and Daniel. I was so delighted that the weather was perfect since a few days before the weather was rainy and hot. It was such a great experience that I would do it over again. Sara and Daniel are two great people that I wish them both Peace, Love and Blessings through out their Life together!"

OFFICIANT TO THE COUPLE
Sara and Daniel, today, your lives blend seamlessly together and you're about to embark on the greatest adventures. new path is ahead of you, and to navigate it well, there are skills to be learned and practiced daily.
"The Art of a Good Marriage" as Wilferd Arlan Peterson said, reminds us that a good marriage doesn't just happen, one must be created. In marriage, the little things are the big things: like never being too old to hold hands - and remembering to say " I love you", at least once day. It also takes patience,, kindness,... and fighting the urge to snarkily respond when it's best to keep your mouth zipped.
On that note a good marriage sometimes takes a really good sense of humor as this following reading reminds us:

"MARRIAGE"
OFFICIANT TO THE COUPLE:
With this wisdom and your love in mind, I now ask you:
OFFICIANT TO SARA
Sara, do you welcome Daniel to be your husband and your cherished best friend?
Sara responds - YES
Daniel, do you welcome Sara to be your wife and your cherished best friend?
Daniel responds - YES

OFFICIANT TO THE COUPLE:
Before you pledge your vows to one another, let's pause for a moment and take in the beauty that surrounds us here. Take a look at your guest and feel their love for you - as well as the love you have for each other.
Both face each other. Now please look into each other's eyes as you share your promises to each other.
Sara reads her Vows -
Today, surrounded by the friends and family who loves us. I Sara take you Daniel as you are, loving who you are now and who you are yet to become
I promise to celebrate your triumphs and joy, as if they were my own
And I promise to stand beside you and support you during times of adversity
I promise to always be honest and open with you
I promise to hear you when you speak and give you help where it is needed
I promise to support and share in your curiosity, desires, and aspirations
I promise to live our commitment to each other through kind words
And simple acts that cannot be put into words each and every day
I promise to seethe world and grow with you
And I promise to put down roots and thrive with you
Though it is only in this moment that I speak these vows aloud, I promise to live their words and spirit today, tomorrow, and all the days of our lives
After Sara completes her vows. Officiant turns to her and Sara repeats after the Officiant;
