ABOUT THIS WEDDING

"My 1st Wedding in Georgia & We had a Ball!!! Cornelius and Cara were a great couple to work with. They were referred to me by a colleague. FUN FACT... the Bride and I were both from New Jersey. They wanted to do Premarital Counseling and have me perform the ceremony. After 3 sessions their schedules changed so we decided to stay in constant contact but forgo the Counseling. Which Cara appreciated. I knew by then they were a great couple and family oriented. ANOTHER FUN FACT... They wanted to get married on Labor Day. Ironically I married my Husband on Labor Day the year before. After 8mos the time had come. We met in person at the Rehearsal. The wedding planner and I got along wonderfully. She said She'd ensure that all parties were ready and positioned and She let me handle the rest. The wedding party was large and family members were attentive. It ran smoothly. I was riding high and so happy to be included. On the Wedding Day I arrived early as I knew My Bride was nervous and emotional. I stayed close enough to let her know I was there but also gave her and her attendants room to prepare. At 6pm it was go time. As I walked up the aisle and to the stage I was smiling broadly. I knew I was prepared and ready to go. It was a lovely service. I made sure to inject levity, sincerity & reverence. After the Ceremony we took pictures and I said My goodbyes. It was a wonderful experience for the couple and for me. The next day I went to the circuit Court to file their papers and received the legal marriage license. I mailed it to the couple with a card and my Sincere thx for choosing Me. "
