"Ursula and Frank proved to be a beautiful and loving couple to collaborate with. Their love story unfolded like a comedy of heartwarming moments, leaving an impression on everyone fortunate enough to witness it. Adding an unexpected touch of charm to the celebration, the joyous barks of their canine companions echoed throughout the event, transforming Ursula's dog training studio into a whimsical backdrop for their special day. It was a delightful surprise, seamlessly intertwining their love for each other with their shared passion for the companionship of their furry friends."

Dearly Beloved and Honored Guests,
Frank and Ursula met in the summer of 2010. Ursula was the instructor and Frank was bringing his new puppy Tor to classes. Over the next few years, Frank continued bringing Tor to classes and started boarding Tor at Ursula’s kennel when he traveled. Frank was one of a core group of people that kept coming for advanced classes and they all became friends. This group started a dog hiking club and Frank and Urula eventually were the only two humans left doing hikes.
Hiking is a wonderful outdoor activity and can lead you anywhere. After years of hiking, Ursula and Frank went on The Hike in 2015 where Frank professed his love. Ursula was taken by surprise and left speechless for about 3 hours before she finally told him she felt the same way.
Because Ursula was speechless, Frank thought he had stepped way over the line, but as subsequent events have shown that was not so. They were finally officially dating.
They had talked about getting married when they first started dating in 2015 but circumstances were not right and then one thing led to another and they have now been together for 7+ years. This summer their good friend Randy died. This told them not to waste time. His death inspired them to publicly proclaim their love for each other and to cement that love with marriage.
Seven years since that fateful hike, Ursula and Frank stand united here before you today ready to embark on a new chapter.
We are now going to take a moment of silence to pause, reflect, and honor the memory of Randy, Rudy, Baba (also known as Dad), and Noni (also known as Mom). Though they are no longer with us, Frank and Ursula share their joyful union with them and invoke their presence through our thoughts and prayers." We know they are here in spirit and heart, and they wish the very best for the groom and bride on this special day.
As they prepare for the Declaration of Intent and exchange vows, the echoes of their journey serve as a testament to the enduring power of love, even in the wake of life's uncertainties. And without further ado, we are going to witness today their promises to one another
Declaration of Intent:
Frank Gorecki, do you take Ursula PettyJohn to be your lawfully wedded wife pledging to love, honor, and cherish her? I do
