Officiated by Gwendalynn B Browning at Hale Street Center in Charleston, West Virginia on December 2nd, 2023.
"It felt very personable to officiate Kim and Josh's wedding. I was so blessed and honored to be able to marry two of my best friends. Kim told me they wouldn't be where they are if it was not for me. Which is kind of true considering I was the one who got them together our senior year of high school. I remember Josh telling me how he liked Kim and Kim telling me how she liked Josh but she didn't think he liked her and I kept telling her he did. Then one day we were all sitting there it was obvious they were flirting and I jus told them they needed to date because they both liked each other. And well, here they are. Happily married and full of love for one another. It really meant a lot to me being able to marry them on such a beautiful day. Seeing my beautiful best friend walk down the aisle was so emotional I started to tear up. It is definitely a day I will remember for the rest of my life. "
