Officiated by Amy Louise Wolford at Wildasin Meeting House and Cemetery in Hanover, Pennsylvania on October 13th, 2023.
"This wedding was held on a day that is known to be unlucky. I have known this friend since we were 14 years. That is 23 years of friendship, and I was so honored to be able to perform this ordination for the Happy bride and groom. Friday the 13th will forever now be known as the luckiest day to this happy couple."

Dearly Beloved and Honored Guests,
We are gathered together here to join Jes Meyer and Flex Braithwaite in the spiritual union of marriage. When I first talked to Jes and Flex, they wanted this Ceremony to be about their energy and balance.
How does this couple balance each other?
A balance in a relationship involves trust, communication, and vulnerability. Throughout many of their hardships, struggles and joys they have always sought counsel in each other. The energy created through such a deep understanding of one another is unwavering. Energy is also about balance. When I look at these two and think of energy and balance, I think of light. Darkness thrives in the void, but always yields to purifying light.
This contract is not to be entered into lightly but thoughtfully and seriously, and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. Please remember that love, loyalty, and understanding are the foundations of a happy and enduring home.
The couple would now like to exchange a vow.
Groom: “My dearest friend, if you don’t mind, I’d like to join you by your side where we can gaze into the stars.”
Bride: “And sit together now and forever for it is plain as anyone can see, we’re simply meant to be.”
Do you Jes take this man Flex to be your lawfully wedded partner, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and bad, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself unto him for as long as you both shall live?

Do you Flex take this woman Jes to be your lawfully wedded partner, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and bad, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself unto her for as long as you both shall live?
