Robert Brown And Lee Ann Kinsey’s Wedding Wedding Ceremony Script

Dearly Beloved and Honored Guests,

(To Reception):

Today we have gathered family and friends to celebrate the love and union of RJ Brown and LeeAnn Kinsey.

This is a special time of celebration that RJ and LeeAnn will long remember, and because of this, they are thankful you are here today to share in their joy.

(To Reception):

Love is the force that brings us here today. In fact, love is the force behind much of what we do every day. Whether making a meal for our family, taking time to teach our children, or lending a listening ear to a friend - even in the most mundane commonplace routines, love is always the reason.

We are all here to support RJ and LeeAnn on their first day as husband and wife. As you go into the married life, remember the reason: the reason you get up each morning, get ready, do your best in the world and look forward to coming home. Remember the reason you sacrifice, the reason you give, and the reason you laugh.

(To couple):

RJ and LeeAnn, cherish one another. Never stop doing the small things that convey respect and trust. Hold doors, write notes, listen and strive to understand. Remember that you're both on the same team. Together you will fight demons, defeat enemies, build a life and forge a new bond that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Now, do you, RJ Brown take this woman LeeAnn Kinsey to be your lawfully wedded partner, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and woe, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself unto her for as long as you both shall live?

(Ring Exchange)

I now ask that the rings be presented.

The ring, an unbroken circle, represents unending love. As often as either of you look upon these rings, may you be reminded of this moment and the love you have promised to one another.

RJ and LeeAnn Kinsey will now exchange rings as a symbol of their love and commitment.

RJ, I now ask that you repeat after me,

"With this ring, I give you my promise"

"That from this day forward"

"You will not walk alone"

"May my heart be your shelter"

"And my arms be your home"

"May we walk together through all things"

"May you feel deeply loved, for indeed you are"

RJ, you may now place the ring on LeeAnn's finger.

(Sand Ceremony)

(To Reception)

Today, the RJ and LeeAnn wish to further symbolize their commitment to one another through the pouring of these two individual containers of sand. One container, representing you, RJ. Everything you are, were and ever will be. The other container, representing you, LeeAnn. Everything you are, were and ever will be. As these two containers of sand are poured into the third, the individual containers will no longer exists, but will be joined together as one.

RJ, you may start by pouring your sand into the joining container. LeeAnn, you will proceed after. If the couple wishes to have a family member of friend help in the process, now would be the perfect time to do so.

*Sand pouring*

Just as these grains of sand can never be separated, so your marriage will be.

RJ and LeeAnn, I want you both to know I wish you nothing but love and happiness on your new journey. Remember to keep lots of laughter in your life and love will never be far behind.

By the authority vested in me by American Marriage Ministries and the State of Michigan I now pronounce you husband and wife!

You may now kiss!

Ladies and gentlemen, it is my honor to present you all for the first time, RJ Brown and LeeAnn Brown.
