Officiated by Christian Fred Greear at garden in Colorado Springs, Colorado on June 10th, 2023. Witnessed by Kristine Greear and Genelove Balili.
"They met long distance and Michael fully accepted Almira's son as his own from early on. He traveled a lot for work and would always go visit her between locations. Eventually they got a place together and wanted to seal it with marriage. They were married in a beautiful garden location in Colorado Springs. It was raining on and off but we timed it right when the rain stopped. They said their vows and were married and enjoyed their reception to the fullest with friends and family. It was my first time officiating and I did stutter a bit. And they had the mic muted at first so I repeated the first 30 seconds. But other than that everything went well and they had a ton of fun."

"We are gathered here today in the sight of God and these witnesses to join together MICHAEL SPEARS and ALMIRA NICHOLSON in holy matrimony; which is an honorable estate, instituted of God, since the first man and the first woman walked on the earth.
Therefore; it is not to be entered into unadvisedly or lightly, but reverently and soberly. Into this holy estate these two persons present come now to be joined. Therefore, if anyone can show just cause why they may not be lawfully joined together, let them speak now or forever hold their peace."
READING

"A reading from the Apostle Paul,
The first letter to the Corinthians, Chapter 13, verses 4 through 7:
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Please bow your head as we pray for this man and woman as they make their marriage vows.Father, as MICHAEL and ALMIRA pledge themselves to each other, help them and bless them that their love may be pure, and their vows may be true. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen."
