Dearly Beloved and Honored Guests,

Welcome friends and family to this very special day for Terrie and Michael.

Their life’s journeys have been one of many wonderful blessings, challenges and at times even heart breaks, however, they have pushed on with faith and perseverance and this journey has now led them to this time, this moment, where they have found each other, and it is with a strong spiritual commitment that they stand with each other before you and God and make these holy covenants. Their commitment to God our Eternal Father and for his plan of exaltation will soon lead them to the Holy Temple where they will take upon themselves sacred covenants that will bind them forth not only for time but for all eternity.

Today we gather as people who love and support them. We now have the blessing of witnessing them enter into this covenant of earthly marriage. This covenant is not to be entered into lightly but thoughtfully and seriously, and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. Please remember that love, loyalty, and understanding are the foundations of a happy and enduring home.

Michael Anthony Murphy, do you take Maria Teresa Cano as your lawfully wedded wife, and do you of your own free will and choice covenant as her companion and lawfully wedded husband that you will cleave unto her and none else; that you will observe all the laws, covenants, and obligations pertaining to the holy state of matrimony; and that you will love, honor, and cherish her as long as you both shall live?
