Dearly Beloved and Honored Guests,
We are gathered here today to celebrate this thing called life
electric word life it means forever and that's a mighty long time.
These two individuals have found happiness in each other, and have chosen to share their joy by making us part of their celebration.
I think I can speak for everyone when I say that we are honored to be here today to witness this incredible moment in their lives
As you begin this journey together, I want you both to know that when you fall down there will be someone to help pick you up.
When you are sad, there will be someone there to make sure your sorrow doesn't consume you.
and when fear grabs hold of your heart, there will be someone there who can remind you, that love is worth fighting for.
The Bride and Groom are now going to participate in the Unity Plant Ceremony. The ceremony symbolizes the roots of their relationship and the continued growth of their love.
Long before Joe and Danya had the pleasure of knowing each other, their families provided them with a foundation of love and support which has made them into the people we see before us today.
To honor their families, Joe and Danya will each start by adding dirt from their parent’s home and from their own home as well. Just as their families have been the foundation of who they have become, this dirt will be the foundation of their new family.
(Add Dirt)
The love of their families has allowed them to grow into the wonderful and unique people they are. This plant is a symbol of their new life, and how they will grow for years to come.
Joe and Danya let your relationship and your love for each other be like this plant. Let it grow tall and strong. Let it endure the harsh winds and rains and storms, and come through unscathed. Remember to nourish each other with words of encouragement, trust, and love. With constant nourishment this plant, and your marriage, will grow deeper, stronger, and more resilient with each passing year.
The couple will now exchange vows
Do you Danya take Joe to be your lawfully wedded partner to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and bad for as long as you both shall live?

Ladies and gentlemen before we leave here and head to the party
Each one of you has a small stone that represents their individuality and presence at your wedding.
You also each have a stone of your own that symbolizes your previously separate lives, separate friends, separate families and the different journeys you once traveled.
I now ask that everyone take out the stone you have been given and pause to make a wish or a blessing for the newlyweds
And as you walk out, after the ceremony, please place the stones into the glass vase on the table,
Danya and Joe will add their stones to the container as well.
This vase will have a special place in their home and will be a beautiful reminder that each of you has joined them today in their celebration of marriage, and of your blessings and good wishes.
