4:47 Welcome, loved ones. We gather on this joyful occasion to celebrate love, laughter, and light on Alyssa and Coby’s wedding day.

Each of you here represents a piece of Coby’s and Alyssa’s lives. Whether you came into their lives years ago, or more recently, your presence here is a gift to them – and I know it means a lot to them. So thank you for being here!

Before we begin today’s celebration, I have just one question for our family & friends, that I’d like for you all to answer loudly: Are we ready to get these two married?!

So I don't know if everyone knows this, but this isn't Alyssa's first marriage... She was actually married to me first! (cough) as my work wifey. She was persistent and insistent on us being friends, and I am so grateful that you did. I met Coby on a night on the strip shortly after, and let's just say it was love at first sight, sorry Alyssa.

Alyssa and Coby, today, you’re about to embark on the greatest adventures. A new path is ahead of you, and to navigate it well, there are skills to be learned and practiced daily. But one skill that I know you will undoubtedly excel at, and that skill is love.

There is no other couple that exudes love and practices it with everyone in their lives the way you do.

Alyssa, even though we argue till we are blue in the face I know it's LOVE that keeps you from choosing violence. And Coby I know it is true LOVE when you carried me to bed after a night of grilling, and you still ate that sad piece of chicken. (Shakes head)

But the most important example of your unconditional love for me, was when you were there for my partner when I was halfway across the country when I couldn't be.

You made sure she was safe and taken care of and I will always be grateful to you both for that. Those were just small examples of why they are so deserving of each other.

I love you both and I am so happy that you asked me to be here today, I questioned it a little but I am happy and so honored to be here with you.
