Welcome Friends, Family, and loved ones! We are here today to celebrate as we watch Carolina and Daniel join hands in marriage. We’re here to laugh with them, some of you are here to cry (you may have already started), some might just be here for the tacos, but most of all, we’re here to wish them well as they begin their new life together. I’d like to say, on behalf of Carolina and Daniel, thank you all so very much for being here. I know it means a lot to them.

You fell in love by chance, but you're here today because you're making a choice. You both are choosing each other. You've chosen to be with someone who enhances you, who makes you think, makes you smile, and makes every day brighter.

You're about to make promises to each other that you intend to keep. You're going to vow to take care of each other, to stand up for one another, and find happiness in the other. There's a simple premise to each of these promises: you're vowing to be there. You're teaming up and saying to the other, “Every experience I am going to have, I want you to be a part of.”

But don’t take it from me Carolina and Daniel will now share their vows.

Carolina, will you take Daniel to be your lawfully wedded husband from this day forward - through whatever challenges and triumphs life brings you; In helping him be the best father to Aiden, through Dragon Ball Z marathons will you love him, honor him, and cherish him and no other - for the rest of your life?

Do you Daniel take this woman Carolina to be your lawfully wedded wife from this day forward - through whatever challenges and triumphs life brings you; through experimental recipes and children with four legs, will you love her, honor her, and cherish her and no other - for the rest of your life?

(Ring Exchange)

Carolina and Daniel will now exchange rings as a symbol of their love and commitment. But before they do so if you’ll join hands and if you are near your partner join hands in solidarity with Carolina and Daniel.

Take a moment and look at your partners hands.

These are the hands of your best friend, young and strong and full of love for you, that are holding yours on your wedding day, as you promise to love each other today, tomorrow, and forever.

These are the hands that will work alongside yours, as together you build your future.

These are the hands that will passionately love you and cherish you through the years, and with the slightest touch, will comfort you like no other.

These are the hands that will hold you when fear or grief fills your mind.

These are the hands that will countless times wipe the tears from your eyes; tears of sorrow, and tears of joy.

These are the hands that will help you to hold your family as one.

These are the hands that will give you strength when you need it.

And lastly, these are the hands that even when wrinkled and aged, will still be reaching for yours, still giving you the same unspoken tenderness with just a touch.

Daniel, please place the ring on Carolina’s left hand and repeat after me:

You’ve declared your intent, shared your vows and exchanged rings. Before I send you out in to the world as man and wife I’d like to share an excerpt for you to always remember. From Metallica’s hit song nothing else matters:
