"This, like most of the weddings I have officiated, was a personal one. This young man has worked for me for nearly 3 and a half years now and I have watched him grow as a person and in his career. Through him, I met Claire. Being asked to be involved in their big day was a privilege and honor. We had a great time and many lifetime memories were created. A few of his co-workers were involved in the wedding as well, which made it even more special. This is the first time that I shared officiant duties with another pastor and I also sang the Lord's Prayer during the service so it was a lot of extra stuff that was going on! Beautiful bride, beautiful day and amazing occasion! "

"Welcome everyone! We are gathered here to celebrate the union of Claire and Justin in Holy matrimony and their love for one another!"
Question: Who gives this woman to be married to this man?
Claire's Father: "Her mother and I"
PRAYER
OFFICIANT TO THE RECEPTION
"Now, let us Pray,
Heavenly Father we are here on this day to give thanks for the love you have shared with these two individuals. We ask that you help Claire and Justin to always remember when they first met and to remember the strong love that grew between them. To work that love into practical things so that nothing divides them. Please help them find words both kind and loving and hearts, always ready to ask for forgiveness as well as able to forgive. Father, we put this marriage in your hands.
Amen."

"Do you Justin take Claire to be your wife and other half, to take care of her and cherish your relationship? To love her today, tomorrow, and forever? To always be open, honest, and faithful to her. Do you take her to be your wife, to have and to hold from this day forward in sickness and in health, in good times and bad, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself unto her for as long as you both shall live?"
