Good evening, everyone, well you could do better than that! Good evening, everyone! Are you ready for a fantastic event today? Joy and Rene are getting married today! How about that? Are you ready for these two to finally get married? On behalf of Joy and Rene, I welcome you all here today.

The bride and groom have given us a nice gift today and they have asked that we put our phones on silent and stay out of the professional photographer and videographer way so they can do their job. (Aris and Dennis please wave your hand).

So let’s be discreet while taking photos. And with that being said let’s get started.

there will be no seating arrangements for the entourage, all will just be standing behind.

Dearly beloved and honored guests,

We are here today because of the two people standing before you, Joycelyn Pablo and Rene Rosales. This is a very important moment in their lives and they wanted you all here to witness and celebrate this sacred event.

Joy and Rene are here to invoke a universal and eternal tradition. The tradition of marriage. Two souls are merged together and will become one union, that is more than the sum of its parts.

And today is when we witness the genesis of this marriage."

• WELL LADIES AND GENTLEMEN WE KNOW THAT JOY AND RENE ARE HERE TODAY TO GET MARRIED AND THAT THEY ARE PERFECT FOR EACH OTHER (CAN I GET AN AMEN?

BUT HOW DID THESE TWO WONDERFUL PEOPLE SOMEHOW END UP FALLING IN LOVE AND DECIDING-CHOOSING – TO SPEND THE REST OF THEIR LIVES TOGETHER, ALLOW ME TO TELL YOU THEIR STORY BRIEFLY.

RENE WAS JOYS, FIRST BOYFRIEND, IN HIGH SCHOOL AT THE AGE OF 15, CHILDHOOD FRIENDS, SINGING IN THE CHOIR BACK IN THE PHILIPPINES. COLLEGE SEPARATED THEM; HOWEVER, THEY REMAINED FRIENDS. RENE ENDED UP MOVING TO THE US AND JOY CAME A FEW YEARS AFTER. TIMING WASN’T ON THEIR SIDE. JOY HAD JUST GOTTEN DIVORCED BUT RENE HAD JUST GOTTEN MARRIED, BUT…..AFTER RENE’S DIVORCE, HE PURSUED JOY, BUT SHE WASN’T QUITE READY UNTIL…… 2019 WHEN THEY RECONNECTED AND REDISCOVERED EACH OTHER LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER AND JOY REALIZED, HE WAS THE ONE! RENE STATED AND I QUOTE “I WAITED 40 YEARS FOR THIS”, I AM THE FIRST AND THE LAST.

FIRST OF ALL THE BRIDE AND GROOM ARE HEADING OUT BRIEFLY TO SIGN THE MARRIAGE LICENSE WITH THEIR 2 WITNESSES AND TAKE PICTURES, AND THEY WILL REJOIN US SHORTLY TO CELEBRATE WITH DINNER AND DANCING! SO GET READY TO CELEBRATE.
