"I never saw myself officiating a wedding but leave it to me to always try something new. The couple are two of my childhood friends specifically the Bride who is my Best Friend. In high school I actually got the two together and the rest is history. I have played a huge role in their lives so it was my honor to officiate this special day for them. I honestly didn’t know what to expect and was a little anxious when she asked me to do this for them but I’m grateful that I said yes and took it on. Although it was interesting being a maid of honor AND officiate, the experience turned out better than I could have pictured. I never thought I would enjoy doing this and now I already have others wanting to book me. I will never forget this day for so many reasons and I can’t wait to continue to explore my journey with wedding ceremonies!"
