"Smoky mountain farmhouse wedding The groom's mother described the experience in her own words: So something very special happened today, totally impromptu, totally unexpected and totally last minute!!!! We’ve been on vacation this week with my best friend and her family in the Great Smokey Mountains of Tennessee. Then suddenly, yesterday around 3pm Angie and Bentley decide they want to get married while in Tennessee. So when your kids come to you and want to get married last minute, you immediately go into high gear and try to provide them with the best last minute wedding you possibly can. So, what happens when you wanna plan a last minute wedding for your son and soon to be daughter in law while on vacation and when you’re leaving the next day??? Well…. You go to your best friend in panic mode and ask for “HELP!!!!” 😳 We ALL kicked into high gear then and started planning a wedding. First we went thrifting to see if we could find a wedding dress small enough to fit a size 2 bride😳 God was truly involved in this from the word go!!! The very first store we go to we find about 5 wedding gowns…. and crazy enough she finds a David’s Bridal gown that fits as of it was tailor made just for her. We find a dress coat for Bentley, a dress that fits me, shoes to fit us all and we then drive around town picking up EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a wedding. We came home last night, got a good nights rest and headed out again early this morning to get some last minute items in preparation for the wedding. We get back to the house, start getting things together, showers, make up, got dressed and at approximately 2pm this afternoon, Angelina Ladner became Mrs. Angelina Stockton after she married my son Bentley. I had the honor of walking Angie down the aisle along with her son Beau Michael and we both presented her to be married to Bentley. Beau not only helped walk his mom down the aisle, he also played a very important part of the ceremony as he was the most precious ring barrier ever! He carried a small pillow with each of their rings attached to it. We also had an honorary grooms dog there with us too, as Brion’s puppy Bam Bam was also part of the wedding. There has never been a more beautiful bride than Angie Ladner….EVER!!! She looked like a precious and rare Diamond!!! Angie was STUNNING and just radiated with pure joy and happiness as she recited her vows to Bentley. With eagerness and bliss, Bentley then recited his vows to Angie. As our best friend Andy Brasfield, who officiated the wedding, pronounced them husband and wife, Bentley gently placed his hands on Angie’s face, drew her closer to him and gave her the sweetest and most affectionate kiss 💋 it was nothing less than ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!💗💗💗 We were SO BLESSED to have shared this day with our closest lifelong friends, the Brasfield’s, along with my mom, Beverly Sanders, who watched the wedding via FaceTime. It’s been the most special day for all of us and we are also very thankful to Andy Brasfield and Jill Brasfield for helping us pull off a wedding in less than 24 hours!"

We are gathered together here to join Angelina Brianna Ladner and Bentley James Stockton in the spiritual union of marriage.
Who gives this woman to be married to this man?
This contract is not to be entered into lightly but thoughtfully and seriously, and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. Please remember that love, loyalty, and understanding are the foundations of a happy and enduring home.
I also want to mention baby Beau Michael as he is on this journey too. Angie and Bentley, remember to teach him with love and patience, because he will look to you for guidance in his life as he grows.

Make their hearts always ready to ask for forgiveness as well as to forgive. May they continue to bring out the best in each other and remember to keep you in their hearts.
