Who gives this bride to be married today?

Good afternoon everyone & thank you for coming to this wonderful event,

We are gathered here today in the sight of God, and the presence of friends and loved ones, to celebrate one of life's greatest moments.

We are here to give recognition to the beauty of love that is shared between Andrea and Dan as they join their family’s in holy matrimony.

Marriage is a contract not to be entered into lightly but thoughtfully and seriously and with a deep realization of the obligations and responsibilities. Marriage is the moment where your hearts and souls are joined together for eternity.

(Prayer:)

Let us pray…

Dear Heavenly Father, we come together today to pray that Dan and Andrea may have a true and understanding love for each other. Grant them both with a strong sense of faith and trust. Give them the grace and patiences to live with each other in peace and harmony. May they always bear with one another’s weaknesses and grow from each others strengths.

Please Lord grant them patience, kindness, cheerfulness and the spirit of placing the well-being of one another ahead of them self. May the love that brought them together grow and mature with each passing year. Bring them both ever closer to You through their love for each other. Let their love grow to perfection.

In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
