INVOCATION
OFFICIANT TO THE RECEPTION
"Good evening, family and friends! Thank you all so much for joining us on such a beautiful occasion. We’ve come together today from around the country to celebrate with my brother, Daniel, and my very soon to be sister-in-law, Mallory, as they proclaim their love and commitment to the world. I am Vanessa, and I have the absolute honor of officiating today’s ceremony.
Bienvenidos a todos y muchisimas gracias por estar aqui con nosotros para celebrar esta ocasion tan especial.
A true marriage begins well before the wedding day, and the efforts of marriage continue well beyond the ceremony. It takes a lifetime of love, commitment, and compromise to make marriage durable and everlasting. We are gathered here today to rejoice with them in the new life they are about to undertake together as one, alongside their beautiful princess, my niece & Goddaughter, and the most beautiful flower girl on the planet, Isabella Sky.
READING FROM CORINTHIANS
OFFICIANT TO THE RECEPTION
"Danny and Mallory have asked me to read a passage about love. Many of you have heard it before, but it is a welcome reminder on a special day like today.
If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast,[b] but do not have love, I gain nothing.
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8 Love never fails.
DECLARATION OF INTENT
OFFICIANT TO THE COUPLE
"Danny and Mallory, the relationship you enter into today must be grounded in the strength of your love and the power of your faith in each other. To make your relationship succeed it will take unconditional love. It will take trust, to know in your hearts that you truly want what is best for one another and your family. It will take faith, to go forward together without knowing what the future holds.
OFFICIANT TO PARTNER A
“Danny, from this day on, do you choose Mallory to be your lawfully wedded wife, your best friend and your one true love? To live together, play together, and laugh together; To work by her side and dream in her arms; To fill her heart and feed her soul; To always seek out the best in her; Always loving her with all of your heart, until the end of your forever?
PARTNER A TO PARTNER B
"I do."
OFFICIANT TO PARTNER B
Mallory, from this day on, do you choose Danny to be your lawfully wedded husband, your best friend and your one true love? To live together, play together, and laugh together; To work by his side and dream in his arms; To fill his heart and feed his soul; To always seek out the best in him; Always loving him with all of your heart, until the end of your forever?
PARTNER B TO PARTNER A
"I do."
To the parents of the bride and groom, you recognize the significance of the commitment that Mallory and Danny are about to make. They will be creating their own family and drawing on the lessons you shared with them throughout their lives. They will always be your children, but today the nature of that relationship will change. Your daughter is becoming a wife, and your son is becoming a husband.
Therefore, will you promise to give both of them your love, support, encouragement, and heartfelt blessing? If so, please say, “We will.”
VOWS EXCHANGE
OFFICIANT TO THE COUPLE
The formal exchange of your wedding vows is the most ancient part of a wedding ceremony. These are the words that couples for centuries have spoken to one another and, while they are very simple words, they have extraordinary meaning and importance. You have both chosen to write your own vows. As you say them to one another, remember that these are truly sacred promises, and sacred promises must be kept forever.
OFFICIANT TO PARTNER A
"Brother, are you ready to share your vows to Mallory with us?

DANNY READS HIS VOWS.
OFFICIANT TO PARTNER B

RINGS EXCHANGE
OFFICIANT TO THE COUPLE
"The wedding ring is a symbol of eternity. It symbolizes unbreakable bonds and unending love. It is placed on the fourth finger of the left hand because it was traditionally believed that this finger was a direct connection to the heart – the perfect place for a symbol representing love and commitment. Your rings will serve as a reminder of the vows you have just made to each other.
The bride and groom’s grandmothers, Iris and Maria, will now do a ring warming ceremony and bless the rings. Please present the rings.
BEST MAN GIVES BRIDE’S RING TO MARIA AND GROOMS RING TO IRIS.
MARIA AND IRIS HOLD THE RINGS IN THEIR HANDS AND DO A SILENT BLESSING. JAIME TAKES BOTH RINGS BACK.

PRONOUNCEMENT
OFFICIANT TO THE COUPLE
"Danny and Mallory, today you have stood before these witnesses and declared your intent to commit your lives to each other in marriage. I hope you will never forget the love and joy you feel today, because this is what will keep your marriage and family bonds strong. You have kissed a thousand times, probably more, but today the feeling is new. No longer simply partners, best friends, and Isabella’s parents, but husband and wife. Today, your kiss is a promise of forever.
To all of the family and friends here with us tonight, thank you very much for being here to bear witness to this momentous occasion in Danny and Mallory’s lives.
