ABOUT THIS WEDDING

"Mr. Jose Martinez and Beatriz have been in my life for a few years now. They are an older couple that was introduce by my parents to us. As, we got to meet them longer, they did not hesitate to share they love story with us. Time passed and we got closer, and they became family to my family and me. When I heard Mr. Martinez wanted to tie the knot, I knew this was going to be a very special moment. As, the day got closer Mr. Martinez was worried because he did not know anyone that could officiate the wedding for them. As, I saw how exciting they were for this day and how worried they got when they could not find anyone, I offered to do so! Instantly they both agree with no hesitation. I am very thankful they trusted me to do this for them. I would have never seen myself doing this for anyone, but when it came to them, I also did not hesitate to offer. During the ceremony, Mr. Jose, had a surprised for Mrs. Beatriz, he had told her brother about this day. It was a very special moment because she had not seen her brother in years. As, the day got closer she discovered that her brother was going to be able to be part of this very special moment for the both of them. I wish this lovely couple a long lasting live together, I wish nothing but the best for both! I am so glad I was able to be part of this even though it was a very nervous moment for me, I did it! I was very nervous because I had never done this before and did not know what to expect. I am so glad I overcame every fear in my life and did it for them! I know as time comes, if I ever have to do this again, I will always remember my very first wedding! Mr. Jose and now, officially, Mrs. Beatriz Martinez, have a life ahead of them. I know there will be difficulty or obstacles in life, that is part of it, but as long as they stay together and remember why they made this decision, they will overcome anything."

Jose Martinez And Beatriz Gonzalez’s Wedding Wedding Ceremony Script

Buenos tardes. Nos encontramos hoy aquí reunidos para unir en matrimonio a Jose Martinez y Beatriz Gonzales. Antes de dar lectura al acta matrimonial, me gustaría dirigir unas palabras a los novios y a todos los presentes. Ante todo, muchas felicidades por haber decidido dar el gran paso que supone unir sus vidas. En este feliz momento que constarán ante sus seres queridos que habrán encontrado a esa persona que los completa y con la que merece la pena pasar el resto de sus días. Ahora tendrán frente a ustedes un viaje lleno de sorpresas: una vida entera. En el camino encontrarán de todo. Eso es el matrimonio: desde momentos de gran felicidad a situaciones que pondrán a prueba sus fuerzas.

Trendran que sortear los obstáculos, pero si son firmes en su amor, lograrán superarlos. Tolerancia, respeto, paciencia, cariño, confianza, capacidad para perdonar las faltas del otro y amor son los ingredientes imprescindibles de esa fórmula mágica y secreta que les dará la felicidad. Para finalizar, quisiera daros un pequeño consejo: encontraran el amor en los grandes acontecimientos, como el día de hoy, pero también en las cosas más pequeñas y simples. Por ejemplo, en el último beso de buenas noches antes de dormir cada noche. Sólo me queda desearles, de corazón, que la ilusión que hoy vemos en ustedes perviva para siempre.

3) Tras estas palabras, procedo a dar lectura al acta matrimonial: Siendo las 18 horas del día 21 de Mayo del 2022, Quiero hacer constar que se han cumplido todas las prescripciones legales para la celebración de este matrimonio civil, sin que en la audiencia sustitutoria de edictos se a presentado ni denunciado impedimento ni obstáculo para esta celebración.

5) En este punto, paso a dar lectura a los artículos del 66 al 68 del Código Civil, a los cuales ustedes, José y beatriz, estarán facultados y obligados una vez hayan contraído matrimonio. Estos artículos resumen lo que debe ser la vida en común.

Artículo 66: Los cónyuges son iguales en derechos y deberes.

Artículo 67: Los cónyuges deben respetarse y ayudarse mutuamente y actuar en interés de la familia.

Artículo 68: Los cónyuges están obligados a vivir juntos, guardarse fidelidad y socorrerse mutuamente. Deberán, además, compartir las responsabilidades domésticas y el cuidado y atención de ascendientes y descendientes y otras personas dependientes a su cargo.

7) Hemos llegado al momento clave de la ceremonia en el que ustedes deberan tomar la palabra para confirmar lo que sienten el uno por el otro. Así pues, pregunto:Beatriz, ¿quieres contraer matrimonio con Jose y efectivamente lo contraes en este acto?

Ahora podrán proceder al intercambio de los anillos. Yo, Beatriz, te tomo a ti, José, como esposa y prometo serte fiel y cuidar de ti en la riqueza y en la pobreza, en la salud y en la enfermedad, todos los días de mi vida.
