Dearly Beloved and Honored Guests,

[Intro]

We are gathered here today to join Valyssa Vega and Adrian Dominguez in this beautiful, spiritual celebration of marriage.

This is the official contract that binds these amazing beings under one, unconditional love, and to enforce an eternal promise to be kept and held on to for many years to come.

As stated in Proverbs 3:3-4

"Let Love and Faithfulness never leave you:

Bind them around your neck, and write them on the tablet of your heart.

Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man."

[Part 1]

Friends and Family of the Loving couple,

-This Celebration is not only to rejoice because two creatures of God's hands found their soulmate out of the billions of people here on Earth.

But it is also to acknowledge and recognize a love that Valyssa and Adrian share between the depths of their hearts, and are ready to express through the following stages of each other's lives.

-We are admiring a commitment the couple is ready to endure through all the obstacles and temptations that will be thrown their way, not to overcome separately, but as a joint married couple.

We admire a commitment that will spread hope to those who doubt they will find "the one", and spread comfort to those who are patiently seeking their soulmate.

-and finally admiring a commitment, unifying them not by shared checkbooks or Netflix accounts, but by one of the most complex ideas and expressions many of us find hard to understand, Love.

[Part 2]

At times, we may see life as being nothing other than cyclical and ordinary.

Doing things to pass the time and waiting out the clock.

But every once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary life, love gives us a fairytale.

Tonight, we are in the presence of a fairytale that is Valyssa and Adrian's love story. A fairytale that took place long ago in a castle filled with endless salad and breadsticks, and the famous tour of Italy, where the prince and princess met. Love, garlic, and admiration filled the air that day.

It led to a love of Valyssa and Adrian taking trips to visit their friends Mickey and Minney at Disneys Magic Kingdom, a love of hiking and trail walking with their furry best friends Ace and Shenzi, a love filled with endless goofiness and memory-making, and a love that led to even more to celebrate during the Holiday season, with a 1st date turning into a proposal years later at Santas Ranch, and the day the couple told each other "I do".

It led to a love Valyssa has for Adrian, admiring his patient and kind-hearted personality, and his ability to bring calmness and light to difficult situations; keeping her cool in times of hotheadedness. Every yin needs their yang, and every Heatmiser needs their Snowmiser.

It led to a love Adrian has for Valyssa, admiring her genuine personality, her ability to keep him young at heart, and encouraging him to open up more, speak his mind, and to tell the waiters when they get his order wrong instead of pretending it's right. Though she'll probably keep doing it for him anyway.

Today, that love becomes one. Their love of traveling will be enjoyed through one shared perspective, they'll enjoy eating Julians pizza while watching the office, Greys Anatomy, and American Horror Story under one loving roof, and it will only lead to more days watching spurs games, dancing around to Alexa, and continuously enjoying the authenticity of each others company.

Many people fall in love for the wrong reasons. I believe Adrian and Valyssa fell in love for all the right ones.
