ABOUT THIS WEDDING

"What a Beautiful and Joyous wedding ceremony! The couple was married in a picturesque setting at the end of a fishing pier on the lake. The photographer was our witness as the couple had a private ceremony with only the photographer and me in attendance with them. It was perfect. And what a sweet and beautiful couple! We opened with a prayer, exchanged vows, read 1 Corinthians 13:1-7, exchanged rings and closed with a kiss. They were emotional and it was so sweet. Love was in the air! This was my first time to officiate for a same sex couple. I wasn't sure what to expect and was a little nervous I might say the wrong thing like "husband" or something. But everything went off without a mistake. We were all so happy! I'm thankful they asked me to be their minister on their special day."

This contract is not to be entered into lightly but thoughtfully and seriously, and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. Please remember that love, loyalty, and understanding are the foundations of a happy and enduring home.

Heavenly Father we are here on this day to give thanks for the love you have shared with these two individuals. We ask that you help Zica-Varie and Erin to always remember when they first met and to remember the strong love that grew between them. To work that love into practical things so that nothing divides them. Please help them find words both kind and loving and hearts, always ready to ask for forgiveness as well as able to forgive. Father, we put this marriage in your hands. We ask you to bless this couple in their union and throughout their life together.
