Allison and Daniel, you are about to depart on a romantic trip, which is only the start of your new life together. You met planning a cruise back in 2020 and then in June 2020, during a year that seemed to test us beyond measure you found each other. You realized your happiness mattered!

When wanting to share a life with one another there are three words that are stronger than I love you. Today, you stand before one another and say…. “I choose you”. I choose you over all others. I choose you to share happiness with. I choose you to care for, I choose you to share a family with, I choose you to grow old with. I choose you to love forever.

You chose each other regardless of who’s team is winning! Dan with his Pittsburg teams PITT, Steelers, Penguins and Pirates as Allison is with her love of Arkansas Razorbacks, Green Bay Packers and Chicago Cubs. I love that you said, “we are a house divided but, our hearts united.” I’m sure having multiple TVs in your home helps on game days!

Daniel Vows to Allison: Allison, I promise to accept you the way you are. I fell in love with your qualities, your quirks, and your outlook on life. I promise to respect you as a person, with your own interests, desires and needs, and to realize those are sometimes different, but no less important, than my own. I promise to join you, and the children, to share all that is to come, to give and to receive, to speak and to listen. With kindness, honesty, and trust. I will work by your side to create a wonderful life together today, tomorrow and for the future.

Allison to Daniel: Daniel, Today I give you my hand and my heart. I promise to encourage you and inspire you, to laugh with you, and to comfort you in times of sorrow and struggle, I promise to love you and the children in good times and bad, when life seems easy and when it seems hard, when our love is simple and when it is an effort. I promise to cherish you and to always hold you in the highest regard. These things I give to you today and every day, a commitment made in love, kept in faith, and eternally made new.
