Welcome,

William and MJ have asked you here today to witness their continued love and commitment to one another by taking vows devoting their lives to each other for eternity.

We are gathered here to join this man and this woman, Will and MJ in the bonds of matrimony, which is an honorable estate and is to be entered into after much thought and with the richness of love.

Marriage is the joyful uniting of a couple whose care, affection and understanding have developed into a deep and abiding devotion. Throughout the past years together, as complete and inseparable partners, Will and MJ have come together before friends today to proclaim their forever love through the union of marriage. This day represents the blending of unity and harmony of two individuals in heart, body, mind, and spirit. Therefore, marriage is not to be entered into lightly, but honestly, and deliberately.

William xxxx, will you receive this woman, who has been your best friend, your true love and faithful partner, as your wedded wife, to give yourself to her in love and honor, in faithfulness and in tenderness, to live with her and continue to cherish her from this day forward?

MJ xxxx, will you receive this man who has been your best friend, your true love and faithful partner, as your wedded husband, to give yourself to him in love and honor, in faithfulness and in tenderness, to live with him and continue to cherish him from this day forward?

Will, would you please place Jimmy in MJ’s arms and repeat after me: With this beloved feline, I thee wed, and we will forever pledge our love and devotion.

(The Witness will hand Tula to MJ)

MJ, would you please place Tula in Will’s arms and repeat after me: With beloved feline, I thee wed, and we will forever pledge our love and devotion.

Will and MJ, by taking your vows and promising a continued life together and with your beloved kitties, Jimmy and Tula, you both have consented to be joined together in wedlock and have pledged yourselves to each other for as long as you both shall live and have witnessed the same before this company.

Therefore, on this day, in accordance with the authority vested in me by the State of New York, I do hereby pronounce you husband and wife.
