Officiated by Gerald L Bell at Casa de la Tina in Albuquerque, New Mexico on July 24th, 2021. Witnessed by Tina Santillanes and Daniel Taylor.
"This was my very first wedding and it was fun! This was one of the most fun weddings I've ever been to. Alex and Matt were all about keeping it fun and casual. We started off with the bride entering to Bruno Mars's "24K Magic" and rolled right into a wedding invocation inspired by Prince's "Let's Go Crazy." The ceremony was short and sweet with heart felt exchanging of vows. I was honored to be asked to officiate the ceremony between two of my very best friends and to see them join into an already happy union."

Dearly Beloved,
We are gathered together here today to get through this thing called marriage. Electric word, marriage, it means forever and that’s a mighty long time but I’m here to tell you there’s something else, the military marriage. A world of never ending deployments where you can always get deployed, day or night. So when call up that Shirt at AMXS, you know the one, “Sgt Everthing-will-be alright,” instead of asking him how much of your time is left, ask him how much of your mind ‘cause in military life things are much harder than the civilian world. In military life you’re not on your own. And if the deployment tries to break you down, don’t go crazy… call home for support.
We come together on this day to witness the joining of Alexandria Parrella and Matthew Board in the union of marriage.
Alex and Matt will now share their vows.
*(Vows)*
Do you Alex take this man, Matt, to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and bad, for richer or poorer, for as long as you both shall live?
*(Wait for Confirmation)*
Do you Matt take this woman, Alex, to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and bad, for richer or poorer, for as long as you both shall live?
*(Wait for Confirmation)*
Alex and Matt will now exchange rings as a symbol of their love and commitment.
*(Ring Exchange)*
By the authority vested in me by American Marriage Ministries and the State of New Mexico I now pronounce you wife and husband!
