Wedding by the river

The Wedding of Kailee Hajovsky & Andrew Gonzalez

Officiated by Sarah R Bush at Zedler House and Event Center in Luling, Texas on April 14th, 2021. Witnessed by Sister to the bride and Brother to the bride.

ABOUT THIS WEDDING

"I spent time with both of them making sure through time spent that they understood transparency, support, love of God and how were they going to include that in their every day life. We talked about Andrew being in the military and that sometimes that would not be easy. There would be times he couldn't talk about things at work. I have know the bride since she was little, so there were conversations she and I had before Andrew came to Luling to get married. As I spent time with both, I asked what they wanted from me in the ceremony. They wanted a prayer, they wanted it to be fun and gentle. They wanted me to have words for them to repeat that were heart felt and Godly. What I can say is it was an incredible day. Concerns they had with different people attending were never an issue, everyone got along incredibly well. Lots of laughter, stories, dedications and great time spent together even after the wedding. I am still in contact with them even though they are miles away. What precious love I experienced in them both. Their families and friends were part of the prayer ceremony and it was a blessing for all. This marriage was a blessing to them, but a gift to me."

Kailee Hajovsky And Andrew Gonzalez’s Wedding Wedding Ceremony Script

WELCOME EVERYONE, ASK THEM TO BE SEATED AND THEN ASK THE BRIDE AND GROOM TO FACE EACH OTHER,

INVOCATION

To each of you and Honored Guests, We are gathered together here today to join _Andrew________ and _Kailee_______ in marriage.

__Andrew_________ AND __Kailee________

I want you to commit to me at this moment, that you will hear what I share and commit with all your heart to the words you speak to each other. BREATH

I promise, there will be no quiz after the ceremony!!!!!

I DO (I share this)

Three little letters, two little words.

It’s the simplest part of the day but there is nothing simple of the things that will remain unsaid.

It means I Do know I could be hurt but I am ready to be healed with you.

It means

I Do want to try even when the fear of failure holds me back.

And I Do not know the future, but I am ready to be surprised of the whole way.

And I Do means, I do want your love and I do give you mine.

And nothing we do will ever be the same because you and I will be doing it all together.

Declaration of Intent

Do you __Andrew________ take _Kailee________

To be your lawfully wedded wife/husband?

Will you promise to support, inspire, and respect her/him, to laugh together and to comfort her/him in times of struggles.

Will you promise to be transparent and with grace, express your HONEST feelings in a loving way?

Do you promise to love her/him in good times and in bad times? When life seems easy and when it seems hard, when your love is simple, and when it is an effort can you be open and honest in your communication and not judge?

Will you be by HER/HIS side even in moments when you question the hard times?

Will you be that partner that will share kindness, be unselfish, and trustworthy?

Will you commit before God, your partner and all of us that you will do your best in this relationship?

SAY I DO

Their vows

Ring Exchange (each repeat my words to each other)

"As this ring encircles your finger… From this moment forward... So will my love forever encircle you... You will never walk alone... My heart will be your shelter... My arms will be your home... We will walk through life as partners & best friends... I promise to do my best to love, cherish and accept you... Just the way you are... I give you my heart until the end of time... I have no greater gift to give."

Andrew__________ and__Kailee________ , today you have stood before these witnesses and declared your intent to commit your lives to each other in marriage. You have made promises to each other and your family. Your road to this moment has not always been smooth, but you continued to fight for one another. I hope you will never forget the fight and perseverance it has taken to get to this moment. And I hope you will never forget the love and joy you feel today, because these are the values that will keep your marriage, family and bond to one another strong.

(Bring everyone around them and touching them or touching the one in front of them. Prayer is prayed over them and all that support them.)

And so, by the power vested in me by the American Marriage Ministries and the State of Texas, I now pronounce you husband and wife.

You may now seal this moment with a kiss.

Now, have them turn and introduce Mr and Mrs _GONZALEZ___________
