Welcome! My name is KEVA WILLIAMS and I have the honor of performing this ceremony today.

We are gathered here to share in a celebration of love, and to join forever (DOMONIQUE) and (SHAKINA). Today, in the presence of family and friends, they will commit to living their lives together, two beautiful spirits sharing the most sacred of human relationships. They have invited us here to rejoice, celebrate, and bear witness to their union. They stand before you with a deep desire to share this expression of their love with you and with the world.

No union is more profound than marriage, for it calls the highest ideals of love, fidelity, devotion, sacrifice, and family. Two are people becoming something greater than once they were. Marriage embodies a love that may endure even past death. That's how powerful love is in a marriage.

They stand here before us asking for equal dignity and respect of their union before GOD. In the eyes of the law, The Constitution grants them the right to be here binding themselves forever.

We would also like to honor those who could not be here with us today. We know they are here in spirit with us, to shower joy upon both.

(DOMONIQUE) and (SHAKINA) stand in front of you in this moment to share the love and happiness in their hearts as they take their relationship to a deeper level of commitment by making a passage into marriage.

(Shakina) and (Domonique) have you come here freely and without reservation to give yourselves to each other in marriage?

Response: “Yes.”

Will you love and honor each other as partners for the rest of your lives?

Response: “I will.”

Do you, the family, and friends of (SHAKINA) and (DOMONIQUE), give them your support today and wish them a wonderful life together?

Answer: “We do”

Exchanging of Rings:

Your wedding rings are a symbol of everything you share in your hearts today. When you look at these rings, you will remember the promises you just vow’d to each other. The circle of these rings is constant and continuing, with no beginning and no end, an unbroken circle that represents returning to these promises for all the days of your life.

(DOMONIQUE), place the ring on (SHAKINA)’s finger, saying “I give you this ring as a sign of my love.”

(SHAKINA), place the ring on (DOMONIQUE)’s finger, saying “I give you this ring as a sign of my love.”

Now that you, (DOMONIQUE) and (SHAKINA), have promised to give yourselves to one another, to love each other through your sacred vows, and through the giving and receiving of these rings, BY THE POWER INVESTED IN ME BY THE STATE OF MICH, I have the great honor and pleasure to now pronounce you MRS AND MRS SMITH!!
