Good Evening Family, Friends and Honored Guest,

I’d like to begin by welcoming everyone and thanking each and every one of you for being here on this most happy of days. It’s no accident that each of you are here today, and each of you were invited to be here because you represent someone important in the individual and collectives lives of Prince Taylor and Vanessa Haynes.

At this time, I ask that everyone close their eyes and take a few moments to send prayers up for the bride and groom as they enter into a new journey. (Pause for a few moments).

This contract is not to be entered into lightly but thoughtfully and seriously, and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. Please remember that love, loyalty, and understanding are the foundations of a happy and enduring home.
