Dearly Beloved, Honored Guests, Family and Friends:

We are gathered here today to join Michael Owen Fillmon and Ashley Nicole Johnson in the bond of Holy matrimony. If anyone can show just cause as to why they should not be married, let them speak now or forever hold their peace.

When a man and woman love so deeply, they may join in the eyes of God as one; for the Bible says in Genesis 2:24 (KJV):

"Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh."

Their union comes after much careful thought and consideration, with a deep realization of the obligations and responsibilities it carries, for it takes more than just love to ensure a successful and fulfilling marriage: it takes trust, commitment, patience, communication, understanding, respect, and loyalty from both parties.

Do you, Michael, take Ashley to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and woe, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself faithful unto her for as long as you both shall live?

Michael and Ashley will now exchange rings as a symbol of their love and commitment to this union.

The rings you are about to place on each other's fingers are symbols of your love, to remind you of the eternal love you have for one another.

Michael, please place the ring on Ashley's finger and repeat after me:
