ABOUT THIS WEDDING

"I have known Cody for 11 years now, When he asked me to be the one to marry him and his fiancé, i was truly honored by it. Because me and Cody has always known each other as jokesters and for Cody to always be restless. But when i met Kimberley and seen how he was by her. I knew that the restless Cody I knew wasn't there. Instead there was a man who knew what he wanted, and that want was Kimberley. I spent several hours with the two of them just talking and I could see the love they had for one another. So I know this was right and wasn't a mistake. And that made me feel great about marrying them. The day of the wedding the entire family treated me as if I was apart of their family. The ceremony went perfect in everyway. The look on Cody's face when he seen Kim walking down the isle was priceless. It was a look as if this was the first time he had ever seen her. There was a time when Cody said he don't know if he could handle this. As in handling being able to say his vows, because he didn't want people to see him cry. And i told him not to worry about them, to only look at Kim as if no one else was there. And when it came time to say their vows. Well again you could see the love they have for one another. For a man to stand in front of an audience and pour out his feelings and love all while trying to hold back tears shows one thing. And that one thing is his love for his new wife. I could tell Kim was very nervous as well. The emotions she had while saying her vows was exactly like Cody's. These two was bestfriends for many years before they decided to get together. So they already knew each other's faults and achievements. They already knew each other's past like they knew their own. And they was still able to find each other, and knew they were right for one another. And that is why I was able to bless this marriage. Because i know this isn't a mistake. I wasn't able to stay for the reception even though I was invited to, but I could tell it was great just by how everyone was. I wish them many great years with one another. "
