Officiated by Connie Marie Fell at Willow River State Park in Wisconsin on September 19th, 2020. Witnessed by Kimberly Jacobs and Jason Beck.
"I was so honored to officiate the wedding for this couple. Stacey is a good friend of mine and Rick has become a treasured friend as well. I am not at all confident in public speaking, so speaking to a group of around 20 people was super nerve racking. Thankfully, it was as pretty laid back ceremony and my few words slips and lost place was not a mood killer. The couple loved it. The ceremony over looked a really gorgeous spot on a lake and it was the perfect weather. They had their dogs involved in the ceremony and it was just close friends and family. You could feel the love and excitement in the atmosphere. "

Welcome Family and Friends,
We are gathered here today to join Stacey Mews and Rick Wawrzyniakowski in marriage. While we gather in person today to celebrate the marriage of Rick and Stacey, I would like to take a moment to remember the important people who could not be here today. They are here in memory, spirit, and always in our hearts; Shelley, Dominic, Susan and Grandma and Grandpa Schultz.
Stacey and I have been friends for several years now through work. When we first met, after a few interactions, she looked at me and said, " You're weird, I like you, you're my soulmate." And she was right, because I am and we are. When Stacey and Rick first met, you could tell Stacey was head over heels for him. We all thought she was a bit crazy to fall so fast, but when I met him for the 1st time, I could tell they were a perfect match. I am so honored to be here with everyone today as we celebrate the love between these two wonderful people.
Rick and Stacey have found a best friend in each other. They love going on adventures together. Camping, fishing, dance parties in their living room, and even yard work are enjoyable activities as long as they are doing them together. These two have both been through a lot in life separately, but it has only made them stronger people and prepared them to find each other and find their happily ever after.
Marriage is not to be entered into lightly, but thoughtfully and seriously, and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. Anyone who knows Rick and Stacey, or has ever watched them together can tell that they love each other fiercely and unconditionally. You can see it in their eyes as they stand here, in front of so many that care for them, that they would do anything for the other and that they want what is best for not only the other person but for life they have started to build. Love, loyalty, and understanding are the foundations of a happy and enduring life together.
Stacey and Rick will now share the vows that they have prepared themselves.
