Dr. Fisher is an educator and instructional leader. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (1-9) from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in May, 1998. While teaching in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin he earned a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University in 2002. Afterward, Dr. Fisher began his administrative career as an assistant principal with Woodland Middle School in Gurnee, Illinois. After two years, he became the youngest principal in the State of Wisconsin when he accepted the principalship at North Shore Middle School in Hartland, Wisconsin. In 2008, he made the decision to return home to Illinois and was hired to become the principal of Charles J. Caruso Middle School. After serving as the instructional leader for four years, Dr. Fisher was promoted to the Executive Director for Human Resources. Dale earned his Doctor of Education in Administration and Supervision from Loyola University of Chicago. Dr. Fisher, his wife, Melissa, and their two children live in the western suburbs of Chicago and are actively involved in community service projects when not attending swim meets and football games.
