James lives in Ohio and was ordained by American Marriage Ministries on August 2nd, 2014.

I was asked to perform the wedding of former students of mine, one of whom I also coached. The groom and I shared a love for baseball/athletics and a zest for living life fully - which the bride also has! I have known them both since they were young, and I coached the father of the groom as well! Being asked to officiate their wedding, my first, was equally a surprise and a great honor! My church upbringing was in the United Methodist Church, although I associate with non-denominational precepts. My minister (during my teen years) was probably the most impactful person in my life.
