7 years ago my best friendâ??s destination wedding was cancelled the morning of departure due to a fire. The cruise line gave their sincere apologies but there was no possible way that the wedding could be accommodated. So 1 unwed couple & 30 people about to loose their vacation pulled together to make a beautiful backyard wedding. The hardest part was finding an officiate. Many phone calls later finally gave way to a friend that traveled over 300 miles to officiate. After seeing & experiencing so many emotions that came with this wedding, I realized that it is not the destination, flowers, decor, cake, food, or guest that make a wedding. It is the love & dedication a couple has towards one anotherâ?¦ & the hand that signs the marriage license!! LOL! American Marriage Ministries has given me the opportunity to help others fulfill the lifetime of promises that marriage proposes. Because lets face it, you never know what kind of Karma people are packing!!! (Tee-Hee-Hee!!)
