Yes. American Marriage Ministries is an IRS Certified 501c3 non-profit, non-denominational constitutional church that was established on July 4th of 2009. We are headquartered in Washington state, have ministers across the country, and maintain corporate filings in states where required.
We work closely with government offices across the country to ensure that our ministers rights to officiate weddings are recognized. American Marriage Ministries is currently the only online ministry whose ministers are recognized in Nevada, specifically Las Vegas.
