Heavenly Father,

We come before you today on behalf of Jessica & Thomas as they stand on the threshold of a sacred covenant, asking for a profound cleansing of their hearts, minds, & spirits so they may begin their marriage with a complete clean slate.

Lord, we lay down @ your feet every burden, mistake, & regret from their past. Where there is remaining pain, old habits, or unhealed wounds, we ask for your transformative healing over Jessica & Thomas. We speak forgiveness over their lives & over anyone who has hurt them, closing the doors on past chapters so those memories no longer have power over their future. Wash them clean from old patterns, insecurities, & spiritual baggage, replacing those heavy burdens with your perfect peace & absolute renewal.

Lord, break any lingering attachments or negative mindsets that do not serve the holy union Jessica & Thomas are about to form. Fill the spaces of their past with your Grace, truth, & light. Knit their hearts together in purity, trust, & unshakable love.

We anchor their upcoming marriage in the truth of your word from Matthew 19:6, “Since they are no longer two but one. Let no one spirit apart what God has joined together.” Secure this promise over Jessica & Thomas, ensuring that no outside influence or future trial can ever drive a wedge between them as they prepare to walk as husband & wife. Let your Holy Spirit wash over them like a refining fire, making their bond safe, vulnerable, beautiful reflection of your love.

Thank you for making all things new & for gifting Jessica & Thomas this beautiful fresh start. May they step forward into this new life together, grounded in your Grace, permanently joined by your hand & entirely free from the weight of yesterday.
