Officiated by Angel Amelia Jung at The Jung House in Richland Hills, Texas on October 29th, 2025. Witnessed by ANGELA DAWN ABELLA and NORMAN RONALDO ABELLA.
"Slater and Bree are truly two of the most remarkable people you could ever hope to meet. Their wedding day was a complete surprise—carefully orchestrated by close friends and family who kept the secret tucked away until the perfect moment. Originally, the couple anticipated a modest courthouse ceremony due to unforeseen challenges. But instead, they were greeted with a heartfelt celebration in a beautiful setting, surrounded by the people who love them most. Behind the scenes, every detail was planned with care and carried out in quiet coordination. It was a labor of love, driven by the desire to give Slater and Bree the magical day they so deeply deserved. And in the end, it became more than just a wedding—it became a cherished memory and a story they’ll pass down to their children and grandchildren for years to come."

♡OPENING WORDS & INVOCATION
__
"Dearly beloved. We gathered here today to witness and to celebrate the union of Slater and Bree in holy matrimony. We come together not to mark the start of a relationship, but to acknowledge and strengthen a bond that already exists. This ceremony is a public affirmation of that bond and as their dearest family and friends, it is our honor and privilege to stand witness to this event. As they embark on this journey together, they will be able to nurture a love that makes them better versions of themselves.”
_
“Marriage is a commitment in life, where two people can find and bring out the very best in each other. It offers opportunities for sharing ourselves that no other relationship can equal, a physical and emotional joining that has the promise of a lifetime. “
_
“Slater and Bree, on your journey together, prioritize each other above everything and everyone else. The love that you share must be guarded and cherished forever, for it is your most valuable treasure.”
_
“Always remember these words: Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices with the truth. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance."

HANDFASTING
__
TO THE RECEPTION: “As part of their wedding ceremony today, Slater and Bree have asked us to join them in a handfasting ritual to symbolize that their union takes place on a spiritual as well as a physical level. Handfasting or hand tying dates back to ancient Celtic times. It was once the traditional form of marriage and it is the original source of the expression to “tie the knot”. The cord tied around their joined hand symbolizes the joining of their two lives together and also the joining of their two families.“
__
HAND RITUAL
__
TO THE COUPLE: "With each wrap of the cord, you deepen your commitment to each other, vowing to respect and support one another, to grow with each other, to offer each other compassion and understanding, and to take each new challenge and adventure as it comes, together."
_
“Slater and Bree, Now I'll ask you to take each other’s hands."
_
“Slater and Bree, on this day, these are the hands of your best friend, young and strong and full of love for you. These are the hands that will cherish you throughout the years. These are the hands that will comfort you in illness and trials, that will give you the strength to hold on during the storms and stresses of life. And, lastly, these are the hands that even when wrinkled and old will still be reaching for yours. May you always hold each other near and share the joy and happiness of life together. Let this bond be strong and loving!"

PRONOUNCEMENT OF MARRIAGE
__
"And so now, by the power vested in me by American Marriage Ministries, it is my greatest honor to pronounce you Husband and Wife. You may kiss the bride."
__
JUMPING OF THE BROOM
__
TO THE RECEPTION: "Lastly, as our bride and groom physically and spiritually cross the threshold to matrimony, let's witness the ceremony of jumping of the broom. It marks the beginning of making a home together. The broomstick itself represents the almighty hand of God, and the bristles represent the community. It symbolizes swiping away the old and welcoming the new."
_
TO THE PARENTS: "Please bring the broom forward and place in on the ground in front of Slater and Bree.”
_
TO THE RECEPTION: “The bride and groom will now begin their new life together with a clean sweep. And now, I invite everybody to count to 3 with me and at the count of 3, they will jump the broom and enter married life together. Are you ready? 1 .. 2 .. 3”
