"This couple had a time with getting an officiant for their wedding. I was the third officiant they tried after the first two stepped down for various reasons. A friend of the bride's had posted a message on Facebook, looking for an officiant. My daughter saw it and told me about it. Although I was vacationing about 200 miles away, I wanted to help so I came home to perform the rehearsal and ceremony, then drove back to my vacation spot. I was very glad I was able to meet and marry this wonderful couple."
