All ministers in Nevada are required to register with the County Clerk's office in the county in which they plan to perform marriage. You do not need to be a Nevada resident to qualify to perform marriage however the application process varies slightly depending on whether you are a Nevada resident or non-resident. The documents contained in this package are sufficient to prove your legal standing as a Minister with American Marriage Ministries, and proof of your ordination.
