Dearly Family and Friends,

Today is the day that Naomi Sotelo and Robert Luna finally join in the spiritual union of marriage. Since their first meeting in 2012, I have had the honor and pleasure of seeing these two souls unify as a whole. From my experience when I first met Robert in that fun place called Panka Peruvian restaurant, I could see in his eyes that his heart ultimately belonged to her. And not to mention that amazing glow that Naomi emitted as she stood proudly beside him. It was at that moment that I knew that these two were destined for each other. Naomi, in my perspective has always been a kind hearted soul, always mindful of others, a warm patient soul. Robert, a man with a lot of patience and ambition as in his heart, he knew that in Naomi, he would have what his heart ultimately desired...family.

In 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 It states the following.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

So to put it simply, Love is unconditional. It has no reason why you love. It is just as life, it is destined to exist.

Being as I just got married a few months ago, I want to share a prayer of guidance to both of you, as a reminder as to why you are here today, to carry you over in your journey of marriage.

Dear heavenly father, I ask of you to watch over these two lovely souls as they take this first step in solidifying their union. Show them Your light when they both need it the most when things get grim, and when things go well. have them count all their blessings as a reminder of their union. Teach them to be masters of this sacred union so as to pass it down to their children, and most importantly, grant them great health, love, and prosperity to ensure their glorious future. Amen.

Do you Robert Luna take this woman Naomi Sotelo to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and bad, for richer or poorer, to put up with her business ventures, keep up with her crazy ideas, and to cheer her on like a devoted fan when she be singing up at karaoke! keeping yourself unto her for as long as you both shall live?

Naomi Sotelo and Robert Luna will now exchange rings. This is a symbol of your union. It is circular in shape, as love and marriage has no beginning or end. Take to notice that it placed on the left ring finger as well. Do you know why? It's because traditionally it is thought that the wedding ring on the left finger is closest to the vein that leads directly to your heart so that your union is constantly flowing into your heart and souls. It is this reason that the ring should always be worn throughout your lifes.

Robert, please take Naomi's Ring, and place it on her left ring finger, and repeat after me:

of choosing to share my whole life’s journey with you,

and of my knowing that in marrying you

Robert and Naomi, today you are here to join both of your lives together. These five separate vases of sand symbolize your separate lives before you and your children found each other. They symbolize your separate friends, family, and choices.

Today, both of you will seal your bond by blending the individual vases together. Once the sand is blended together, it cannot be separated. Just as the sand cannot be separated, your friends and family are here today to witness your love never separating.

By blending these sands together, we are recognizing the importance of blending two families together. May you always honor and protect your family.

Alrighty! We have stated the purpose of our gathering here today, you have exchanged your vows, exchanged rings, and unified sand symbolically of your union.

You guys, thank you from the bottom of my heart in allowing me to solemnize your union. You to know that this means that I will forever be a part of your family and memories. As you were a part of my wedding, it is always an honor and a blessing to be a part of yours. I love you both! Alright everyone, I aint done yet!!! Not by a long shot! We got party to do here, but before we get to that, there one thing left to do here..
