Family and friends. We are gathered here today to witness and celebrate the coming together of two separate lives in an act of deep love. Jake Tyler Caffrey, and Joann Pitts Larson in their love, respect, and devotion to one another, wish to unite in the sacred bond of marriage. And, to dedicate themselves to each other's happiness and well-being as soul mates and lifelong partners.

Jake and Joann, the marriage contract is not to be entered into lightly, but thoughtfully and seriously, and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. Please remember that love, loyalty, and understanding are the foundations of a happy and enduring home.

We welcome all who are present for this ceremony, and offer special acknowledgment to those who are unable to be present. We also wish to honor the memory of all those who are no longer with us. Will you all please bow your head as we silently remember our dear ones with loving thoughts.

O God, our Heavenly Creator, we stand here before You with gratitude and joy. You have brought Jake and Joann together; You have helped deepen their love, and are with them at this special moment as they enter into the covenant of marriage. We ask that You stay by their side in the days ahead. Protect them from anything that might harm their marriage. Give them courage when obstacles come their way, and teach them to forgive one another when they make mistakes. We ask You to help them remember the moment when they first fell in love, and the strong bond that grew between them. Help them to remember that love is a gift, and to love deeply so that nothing can ever divide them. We ask finally, that in their senior years, that they may love one another and cherish each other as they do at this very moment.

May You grant these blessings through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Now and forever more. Amen.

The ring has long been a symbol of marriage. These circles are made of precious metal to represent the precious nature of your relationship. Being unbroken circles, each or your rings represent an unending love. As often as either of you look upon these rings, may you be reminded of this moment, and the love that you have promised to one another.
